There is a strong connection between healthy living and dance. In short, dancing is exercise and meditation rolled into one. Dancing can help maintain our physical, mental, socio-emotional, and spiritual health. We had a recurrent answer during our “why you dance” interviews, dancers replied almost every time, “dancing makes me feel good”.

To us, health is one of the most important ¨good¨ we have. As dancers, we look forward to maintaining our health through physical activity, healthy eating, and a positive lifestyle. We would like to share our lessons with you. The body movements we do in dance, the people we meet, the smiles we share, all contribute to keeping us moving and enjoying life to its fullest.
